Delivery and Returns Policy

The services we offer at Extranetwork consist of digital infrastructure, software, and consulting solutions. No physical product delivery is made within this scope.

Delivery Conditions

  • Purchased services are activated after payment confirmation is received.
  • Service activation may vary depending on the purchased package, but is generally completed on the same day or within 3 business days at the latest.
  • User information and integration processes required to initiate the service must be provided completely by the customer.
  • The activation process may vary depending on the completion of technical requirements.

Return and Cancellation Conditions

  • Since the services offered by Extranetwork are digital in nature, no refunds are made after the service has been activated.
  • The customer is obliged to review the product/service details before purchasing the service.
  • For monthly services, the customer may submit a cancellation request before the next billing period. The cancellation request remains valid until the end of the current billing period.
  • Partial refunds are not provided for unused periods.
  • In the event of a technical issue or failure to provide the service due to Extranetwork, the necessary investigation will be conducted and a solution or compensation will be offered to the customer.

Annual Subscription and Return Conditions

  • For annual package services offered by Extranetwork, the purchased package is provided actively for 12 months.
  • The annual subscription fee is collected in advance and the service is started after payment confirmation.
  • For annual subscriptions, no refund is made if cancellation is requested after the service has been activated.
  • The customer is deemed to have accepted the scope, duration, and terms of the service before purchasing the annual subscription.
  • The rights and usage limits defined for the user during the service period are valid within the scope of the purchased package and cannot be transferred.

Payment and Security

  • All payments are processed securely through the iyzico infrastructure.
  • Your credit card information is not stored by Extranetwork and is processed directly by the payment institution.
